The newest addition to TacAero’s fleet, the Carbon Cub UL takes everything we love about the legendary Carbon Cub and makes it even lighter, more efficient, and more versatile. Powered by the modern Rotax 916 iS turbocharged engine, the UL delivers 160 horsepower while sipping fuel, offering impressive performance with unmatched efficiency.

With its lighter airframe and exceptional short takeoff and landing (STOL) capabilities, the Carbon Cub UL opens up even more backcountry possibilities. The advanced Rotax powerplant also brings multi-fuel capability (mogas or avgas), simplified operation with FADEC, and quiet, smooth running; making it a perfect aircraft for both training and exploration.
